3. Do you offer international shipping?

No, currently we only ship to the lower 48 United States.

We accept cancellations for a 100% refund at any point before we dispatch the order. Please contact us at support@sportsimulatorhq.com with your order number. Please note that that we do not accept cancelations on, and all sales are final for, custom or made-to-order products

A flat rate of $50 applies to all orders below $500 USD
Free shipping applies on orders of $500 USD or above

8. How long will it take to receive my simulator?

Order handling: 2-5 days
Order transit: 3-14 days

9. Do you offer installation services?

We do not offer installation services directly. However, we provide detailed assembly instructions with each simulator. If you prefer professional installation, we recommend contacting a local contractor or handyman service.

10. What is your return policy?
