Shipping Policy for Sports Simulator HQ

Summary
- Order cutoff time: 12:00 PM EST.
- Order handling time: 2-5 business days (handling during Monday - Friday).
- Order transit time: 3-14 business days (shipping during Monday - Friday).
- Total Delivery time: Between 5-19 days business days (Monday - Friday).
- Shipping costs: Flat rate of $50 USD for orders below $500, free shipping for orders of $500 USD and over.
- Shipping destinations: We ship to the continental United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and other United States territories.
Shipping Process
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the summary of your order. We also begin handling your order, which takes between 2-5 business days to have it prepared it for dispatch.
Once we dispatch your order, it will arrive between 3-14 business days. You will be able to track your order's shipping process. For more information on order tracking, please see below.
Shipping fees are $50 USD for orders below $500 USD. Shipping is free for orders of $500 USD and above. Please be aware that we ship only to the contiguous US - which does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or other territories.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order. We accept cancellations for a 100% refund within 24 hours of purchasing. Please contact us at support@sportsimulatorhq.com with your order number to initiate a cancellation. This does not apply to custom or made-to-order products as all sales are final for custom products.
Order Tracking
Once we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email which will include your unique personal tracking code. This tracking code may be used to monitor the process of the order.
Delayed Orders
It is possible for your order to become delayed. Delays are often due to circumstances beyond our control, such as poor weather or high shipping volumes. Your order should arrive within 19 business days of it being placed, which includes a maximum of 5 business days for handling and a maximum of 14 business days for transit. Please wait 3 business days before you raise a request with our support at support@sportsimulatorhq.com
Damaged Orders
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery receipt. If your item arrives damaged and you wish to initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@sportsimulatorhq.com with:
- Your order number
- The product title or SKU # of the damaged item(s)
- A brief description of the damage
- Photos and/or videos of the damage
Sport Simulator HQ will file a freight claim with the carrier on your behalf. If an item is determined to be damaged in transit, we will ship a new item to you free of charge.
Please note that photos and videos of the damage must be sent to support@sportsimulatorhq.com within 24 hours of the delivery arriving or the claim will not be valid.
