With its seamless, floor-to-turf impact screen and a customizable size, it accommodates any golfer's needs while delivering a professional look and feel. The enclosure system minimizes bounceback, ensuring safety and comfort during use.
Built with a black knit fabric for optimized visuals, this kit includes all essential components for a sturdy setup, such as steel fittings, bungees, and zip ties. Optional add-ons like framing kits, foam inserts, and safety baffles enhance customization, making it the ultimate choice for any indoor golf enthusiast or business.
Premium Golf Impact Screen
- Made of three layers of heavy-duty, tight-knit polyester.
- Smooth surface optimized for image clarity and impact resistance.
- Innovative design extends images seamlessly to the turf for realistic play.
Black Knit Fabric Enclosure
- Surrounds the screen for optimal shading and image brightness.
- Ceiling and side panels catch errant shots.
Steel Fittings
- Connectors for assembling the frame. EMT pipes required (sold separately).
Ball Bungees and Zip Ties
- Adjustable fasteners for securing the screen and enclosure.
- Allows customization of screen tension to match your swing style.
Pipe Framing Kit
The Pipe Framing Kit is an optional add-on that simplifies building the frame for the Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure. It includes pre-cut and labeled 2-inch EMT pipes in the exact lengths needed, eliminating the need for measuring, cutting, or trips to the hardware store.
Safety Baffles
Safety baffles hang from the ceiling to catch and stop high-angle shots that might bounce back after hitting the golf simulator screen. This is a great safety feature, especially for commercial setups.
Foam Inserts
Foam inserts are made of soft memory foam and surround the screen to protect shots from hitting the enclosure frame, adding an extra layer of safety.
Back Cover and Back Cover Pipe Kit
The back cover blocks ambient light from entering and projector light from escaping, creating a brighter and more immersive golfing experience. The back cover pipe kit, sold separately, includes pre-cut pipes for easy assembly. For those cutting their own pipes for the main enclosure, this can also be done for the back cover to save costs.

How are ball bungees used?
Ball bungees, along with reusable zip ties, are used to attach screens and enclosures to the frame. Here’s how to secure them:
Insert the loop end of the bungee into a grommet from the back of the screen.
Pull the loop through until the toggle ball touches the grommet's backside.
Stretch the cord over and around the frame or pipe.
Hook the cord over the toggle ball to form a secure loop.
What type of pipes are required for the enclosure frame?
Pro Golf Enclosures require 2-inch EMT (Electrical Metal Tubing/Conduit). A Pipe Framing Kit is recommended for pre-cut, correctly sized, and labeled pipes for the frame, simplifying assembly. If sourcing EMT locally, please ensure availability before purchasing, as these pipes may be hard to find in some areas. A diagram with the required cut lengths is included for assembly.
Enclosures with a Pipe Framing Kit ship via freight. If unable to unload 50-pound boxes from a pallet, please contact us for lift gate service.
How long does assembly take?
Pro Golf Simulator Enclosure Kits typically assemble in about three hours. It’s helpful to have at least two people to lift and connect the pipes. Detailed instructions are available online.
What are EMT pipes?
EMT, or Electrical Metal Tubing, is essential for constructing the frame. This material, sometimes referred to as electrical conduit, differs from PVC pipes, which are incompatible with the fittings.
- DIY Enclosures use 1-inch EMT.
- Pro Enclosures require 2-inch EMT.
Customers can either purchase EMT locally or add a Pipe Framing Kit during checkout.
Where and how should the projector be mounted?
The projector’s specifications determine its maximum image size and the required distance from the screen. Use a screen size calculator to identify the optimal mounting location. Common mounting options include:
- Above the tee or mat.
- Flush-mounted to a low ceiling.
- Drop-mounted from a high ceiling.
- Frame-mounted to the Pro Enclosure.
- Floor-mounted inside the simulator (requires a protective cover for safety).
How far should I stand from the impact screen?
For safety, stand at least 10-12 feet from the screen.
Can the screen be ironed or steamed?
Ironing is not recommended, as it can easily damage the screen. To minimize wrinkles:
- Unpack and mount the screen promptly.
- Store it loosely folded if needed.
- If wrinkles occur, try tension-mounting the screen and letting it rest for a few days helps. A clean, consumer-grade steamer with distilled water can also remove wrinkles without leaving marks.
Can the screen be washed?
To clean a dirty impact screen you want to start with the most mild cleaning method and work your way up. Most minor stains on your golf screen can be cleaned with a drop of dish soap on a damp rag, followed by a low or no heat dry.
That will remove any excess dirt or stain, and might even remove the entire dirty spot.
If the soap and water combo doesn’t completely do the trick, then we recommend moving on to a more potent cleaner. A Tide To Go pen is great for smaller areas, while LA’s Totally Awesome and a carpet cleaner (or a combo of the two) are better for larger areas.
These non-abrasive cleaning methods should be able to (at least) significantly reduce the stain, or completely remove it. No matter what the stain, one key piece of advice to note is that the earlier you detect and attempt to clean the dirty area, the better success you’ll have.
What safety precautions are necessary for a golf simulator?
To ensure a safe setup:
- Follow the provided assembly instructions.
- Keep children, pets, and bystanders out of the swing area.
- Protect ceilings, walls, windows, and neighboring properties.
Is a golf hitting mat required?
Hitting mats offer a cushioned surface for swings, protecting joints and enhancing the practice experience. Popular sizes:
- 4’x5’ accommodates most drivers.
- Larger sizes like 5’x7’ or 4’x9’ are suitable for wide stances or dual-handed golfers.
What’s the difference between DIY and Pro Golf Enclosure Kits?
- DIY Kits are affordable and entry-level, designed for simple setup at home.
- Pro Kits offer enhanced features like wider, deeper bays and added safety, suitable for high-performance or commercial use.
- How much space is needed for the enclosure?
Consider:
- Buffer space between the simulator and walls/ceiling.
- Enclosure footprint dimensions, including any built-in buffer zones.
- Safe distance (10-12 feet) between the golfer and the screen.
- Ceiling height, club length, flooring, and surrounding furniture.
- A detailed guide is available to assist with measuring and planning.
What if the black enclosure material is hit by a golf ball?
The enclosure material isn’t designed for direct hits. However, impacts that bounce off the screen and hit the enclosure are generally harmless.
Can replacement screens be ordered?
Yes, replacement screens are available by contacting customer service.
How large is the enclosure?
Specific frame dimensions are provided in the Resources section. For C-Series enclosures, note that the rear fitting adds 9.5 inches of depth to the footprint, providing built-in buffer space.
Technical Information
What size and aspect ratio projection screen is needed?
Aspect ratios determine the image shape:
- 4:3 is common for golf simulators, offering height for swinging in tight spaces.
- 16:9 is suited for HD and 4K, but may require more room depth.
- 16:10 is rare but possible with compatible projectors.
- 1:1 is square, suitable for limited space, but may require computer adjustments.
- Non-standard aspect ratios prioritize safety over image quality, but visible black bars may appear.
Can a custom-sized enclosure be created?
Yes, custom sizes are available by contacting us for a quote. Review the return policy for custom products before ordering.
