Without Seat Sliders
-
Attach the 22” profiles to your chassis. Fully tighten the corner gusset bolts on the profile, but leave the bolts that connect the profiles to the chassis slightly loose.
-
Mount the seat brackets onto the 22” profiles. Ensure the inside edge of each bracket lines up with the inside edge of the profile. Once aligned, tighten the bolts.
-
Carefully place the seat into the brackets. To avoid damage, ensure the brackets are spaced far enough apart before lowering the seat in.
-
Secure the seat to the brackets in your preferred position. Make sure to use matching holes on both sides for even placement.
-
Check that the space between each 22” profile and the chassis base is equal. This will help center the seat. The profiles don’t need to be perfectly parallel, as long as the seat is centered and straight.
-
You're all set—your rig is now ready!
With Seat Sliders
-
Begin by attaching the 22” profiles to the chassis. Tighten the gusset bolts on the profiles, but keep the ones connecting to the chassis loose.
-
Attach the seat sliders to the seat brackets, making sure the inner edge of each slider aligns with the inner edge of the bracket.
-
With the seat still off the rig, connect the sliders and brackets to the seat. Use the same mounting holes on both sides and be careful not to scratch the seat.
-
Ensure both seat sliders are locked into the same position.
-
Adjust the U-handle bar by bending it slightly wider or narrower to get the best fit.
-
Install the U-handle onto the sliders, being cautious not to pinch your fingers.
-
Mount the entire seat assembly onto the 22” profiles.
-
Tighten either the front or back bolts that hold the sliders to the profiles first.
-
Slide the seat to expose the remaining bolts, then tighten them as well.
-
Adjust the seat and profile assembly as needed to center the seat on the chassis. Take care not to scratch the profiles during this step.
-
Finish by tightening the gusset bolts you left loose earlier.
-
You're good to go—enjoy your fully set up rig!
